So while I was in Hawaii, we would have afternoons where we literally sat around the house doing nothing, so I took the liberty to practice drawing my fanart! Well, saying how Fruits Basket is my favorite manga of all time, I decided to draw my two favorite boys! XD
Here I drew them in the New Years' Zodiac Outfits. Now before anyone comments let me blantly say, yes I know those are not the original colors for Yuki's, as I did not care for them and am trying to follow the manga as closely as I can get and they are also still a WIP (saying how its all in bloody black and white, screentone doesn't clarify much).
And secondly, "Kyo has a New Years' outfit!?!? O0O" No! He has no part in the feast... EVER. I decided to design an outfit for him based off Yuki's, Momiji's, and Haatori's outfits. I noticed that every Zodiac actually all have their own outfit, however we only see three of said outfits. And in reality, the one Momiji wears in the anime and manga is actually Yuki's, Takaya-Sensei just decided that since we didn't get to see Yuki's full outfit, she'd have Momiji wear it. Momiji and Haatori's outfits are shown in the cover of chapter 32. But any way, I took it upon myself to make one for Kyo (my first love!
). Saying how for years he's wanted to be part of the Zodiac, he probably doesn't realize what comes in the package. Including the New Years' traditions. Of course we all know how much he hates collars sooooo, yeah! Horrible fan girl tis I!
